How trials, renewals, cancellations and refunds work.

Free trial
1- 14-day free trial with full access; no credit card needed.
- If you do not upgrade during the trial, access may be paused after the trial ends.
- You can request to extend the trial for evaluation by contacting us.
Subscriptions and renewals
2- Monthly plans renew every month; annual plans renew every 12 months unless cancelled.
- Charges happen at the start of each billing period based on active seats or locations in your plan.
- Invoices and receipts are sent to the billing email you provide.
Cancellations
3- Cancel anytime from billing settings or by emailing us; the service stays active until the end of the paid period.
- Remove optional add-ons before renewal if you do not want them charged.
- We confirm cancellations in writing so you have a record.
Refunds
4We want you to be satisfied and fair about billing.
- Monthly plans are non-refundable for the current period once charged.
- Annual plans can receive a pro-rated refund of unused full months if you cancel within 30 days of the invoice date.
- If FixmanHR experiences a verified outage longer than 24 consecutive hours in a month, you may request a credit equal to that day's share of fees.
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible.
Billing disputes
5- Contact us within 30 days of the charge for any discrepancy.
- Unauthorized or mistaken payments will be investigated and corrected promptly.
- Late payments may lead to suspension until the balance is cleared.
