Service scope

What you get and what you are responsible for:

  • FixmanHR provides workforce, scheduling, payroll and analytics features via a subscription.
  • You are responsible for account accuracy and safeguarding login credentials.
  • You must ensure your team has lawful permission to submit employee data.

Acceptable use

Keep the platform safe for all users.

  • No unlawful, harmful or discriminatory content.
  • No sharing credentials or attempting to bypass security.
  • No reverse engineering, copying or reselling the service.
  • No sending spam or unauthorized messages through the platform.
  • We may suspend access for security or misuse with prior notice when possible.

Subscriptions, billing & taxes

Pricing is defined in your chosen plan or order form.

  • Plans are billed upfront per month or year; unused time is not refunded except where legally required or under our refund policy.
  • Invoices include applicable taxes; you are responsible for providing accurate billing details and tax IDs.
  • After the 14-day free trial ends, charges start unless you cancel before the renewal date.
  • We may update pricing with at least 30 days' notice before the next billing cycle.

Termination & data

How cancellation works and what happens to your data:

  • Cancellation stops renewal; access remains until the end of the paid period.
  • Upon termination we disable accounts and delete or anonymize data after the retention window, unless law requires keeping invoices or audit logs.
  • If you need a full export before deletion, contact us during the active period.
  • We may terminate for non-payment or material breach after notice.

Availability & support

We focus on reliability but some dependencies are external.

  • We target high availability but may have planned maintenance with prior notice.
  • We provide support during business hours through email and chat.
  • Integrations with third parties may depend on their uptime and policies.

Liability & governing law

Key legal limits:

  • Service is provided "as is"; we disclaim implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages; total liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of Serbia and disputes will be handled by courts in Belgrade, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If you signed a separate master subscription agreement, that agreement prevails where it conflicts with these Terms.
